Brittany Walker Hausle is an associate at Lex Politica whose practice focuses on election law and campaign compliance. She has experience across both state and federal government in legal and government affairs, having served as an Attorney with the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada and in federal roles at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Brittany is admitted to practice in Nevada and Washington, D.C., and is well connected in Nevada’s political and legal communities through her work on numerous federal, state, and local campaigns. She has extensive experience in election law matters, including managing nationwide Election Day Operations programs with the Republican National Lawyers Association and coordinating the deployment of hundreds of attorneys across multiple states during federal and state elections. Through her campaign work and leadership roles, Brittany has developed strong relationships with candidates, elected officials, and political organizations throughout Nevada. She currently serves as Chair of the Nevada Chapter of the Republican National Lawyers Association and sits on the board of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Alumni Association.
