With more than a decade of experience in high-stakes political operations and organizational management, Maggie Boyd joins us as Chief Operating Officer for Vantage Network. Her expertise includes building operational frameworks, optimizing organizational processes, and aligning teams with big-picture goals.
Previously, Maggie served as Operations Director for a group of conservative organizations focused on fair and legal redistricting where she oversaw their financial and administrative operations. Prior to that, Maggie served as Chief Operating Officer at the Republican National Committee, where she also served as Operations Director for the political department during the 2015-2016 cycle and the Budget Director for the 2013-2014 cycle. Maggie also worked two Republican National Conventions. In 2012 she was Deputy Director of Delegate Services and Deputy Director of Administration and served at the 2008 Republican National Convention as the Assistant to the Vice President. During the 2008 campaign, Maggie managed the RNC’s Volunteer Deployment effort as Deputy Director. She also worked for the Republican Party of Virginia, Pike Associates LLC, Blank Rome Government Relations LLC and Hovde LLC.
Maggie received her bachelor of arts degree in Political Science at The George Washington University, which included a semester studying internationally at the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom.
